![]() ![]() I don't think this matters, but I found it interesting (and it might be a bug). All Fusion Rifles were creating one damage number per "pellet", where Coriolis Force gave me one damage number per burst. – Coriolis Force seems to have it's damage calculated differently than other Fusions. In Raids/Grandmasters, Fusions would likely be paired with Breach and Clear on Anarchy or Witherhoard, so with the auto-loading you may not see the full damage bonus from High Impact Reserves anyway. – Vorpal Weapon is mathematically better than High Impact Reserves, though I didn't have any Fusions with Vorpal on them to test with. – All fusion rifles of the same archetype seem to do equal DPS, though the ranges can be different, which may make some better than others Same goes for comparisons to slug shottys. ![]() Potential missing info: If headshot/Divinity multipliers are different for different archetypes of Fusions, this could work differently with a Divinity (I don't think this is the case, but I didn't have anyone to help me test it so I can't be 100% sure). Witherhoard/Null Composure/Vorpal Hezen Vengence – 188.4k (1 grenade, 2 rockets, 8 fusion)Īnarchy/Null Composure – 165.1k (2 grenades, 8 fusion) Threaded Needle (Same) – 158.2k, 5 shots (4 precision, 1 body) (~38,164 per precision shot)įull loadout DPS tests, without Breach and Clear: ![]() Threaded Needle (Liquid Coils + Vorpal) – 38.8k, 7 shots (all body) (~5,543 per shot) Witherhoard – 53.7k Direct Impact + Pool on the floor Slug shotty (for reference/comparison, so I only hit body shots): Null Composure = 91.3k (high impact reserves + 8 round mag from swapping perks, whole mag used)Ĭartesian Coordinate = 97.1k (calculated with Vorpal, 15% increase according to )Įxile's Curse = 107.3k (calculated with Vorpal, 15% increase according to ) Null Composure = 87.3k (reservoir burst, since it increases the damage of the first shot) Null Composure = 84.4k (calculated with no damage increases) Damage started when she began her wipe animation (raising her arms) to make testing easier and more consistent (I didn't want to deal with her "boop" attacks while doing DPS). Fusion Rifles also might beat non-hot-swap slug shotguns, though more testing with Lunafaction boots and Divinity needs to be done before I'll say that for sure.Īll tests were done on Kalli, point blank, with no headshots, no damage or magazine size mods, no perks (vorpal, backup plan, etc.), or anything else that could increase damage. TL:DR – If you want to use a Fusion Rifle, it looks like Cartesian Coordinate with Vorpal is the best, since you can farm it easily, and the only one that seems to outperform it is Exile's Curse with Vorpal, which isn't easy to farm. If anyone has another source for this info please let me know and I'll add it to the post. I couldn't find any DPS tests with some quick google-ing, so I loaded into Last Wish and gave it a shot. Hey all, I'm not usually one to do this kind of stuff but my friend sent me this video of Scrub one-phasing Aetheon using Null Composure, and I was wondering if there was a better Fusion Rifle for the job. ![]()
